Meera Riitta Ojala, MA, LPC

Trusted Coaching Professional

The skills I learned from my wonderful education have helped me navigate life’s stormy seas with challenges and I have been fortunate to be able to help and support many people on their journeys. It would be an honor to support your journey.

It is my passion to find the resilient wisdom of our bodies, minds and spirits in each of us. My own life experience has showed me how the difficult times are opportunity  for growth. Sometimes is hard to navigate those times alone. Support helps us go deeper and grow stronger.

I have been interested in health and healing all my life. I have extended experience working with people over 30 years supporting them with different modalities. First as a massage therapist, later as a counselor. After receiving  my Masters in Body Centered Psychotherapy I have worked with individuals, couples and families in private practice, in psychiatric hospital, in recovery treatment centers etc.

The Little Book of Hope

The Little Book of Hope was born out of a “dark night of the soul.” The author has survived two cancers and is sharing writings from this difficult time as well as the joy and gratitude of being alive.

Some of the writings are powerful heart touching poems. Some are more philosophical, conversational investigations on different topics. Some are sparks of Light. The beautiful inspiring pictures will add to the deep messages.

You can read this book in the order of the pages or just open the book anywhere, trusting that the most supportive message for that particular day will present itself. It includes practices that are helpful in turning the pain of the challenges into personal growth. This book can be a supportive companion for challenging times and will enlighten anyone’s day.
